Back up and restore
Back up everything downloads products, customers, cost sheets, quotes, invoices, deliveries, settings and the activity log as one file. Keep it somewhere safe, for example once a week. Import a backup loads records from such a file: a record that is already here is replaced by the copy in the file.
Delivery notes
One for every invoice. Tap Tick and sign to tick items off and take the customer's signature.
